Welcome to Amilcar Clinic
The support of loved ones and family is very important. For this reason, visits are allowed but according to specific hours to ensure the proper course of care and the patient’s rest. These hours are posted in the respective departments.

For hospitalization services: From 08:00 to 22:00.

For the continuous care unit: From 14:00 to 15:00.
Visitor Guide
- One of your loved ones can stay with you during the night. The room has an accompanying bed.
- The companion can also have their meal (daily menu) in your room.
- Visits should be brief.
- The number of visitors per patient must be limited to two people at a time.
- For intensive care and resuscitation services, visiting hours are subject to medical authorization. In this case, visitors must wear appropriate attire provided by the establishment.
- Visitors should not disturb the rest of the patients or disrupt the functioning of the services. If this obligation is not respected, the visit may be prohibited.
- Anyone admitted to the clinic in any capacity must comply with the order and disciplinary measures prescribed by the administration of the Amilcar Polyclinic.
- For the patient’s benefit, visitors and patients should not bring alcoholic beverages, food, or cigarettes into the establishment. The establishment provides meals in accordance with the patient’s dietary regimen as prescribed by their attending physician and monitored by the nutrition and hygiene services of the Amilcar Polyclinic.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the clinic.
- Pets and other animals are not allowed within the premises of the establishment.
- The patient and their family must ensure that the premises and objects at their disposal are respected and kept in good condition.
- The Amilcar Polyclinic respects the beliefs and convictions of the people it receives. A prayer room is located on the first floor for Muslim patients.
- The Amilcar Polyclinic provides free Wi-Fi access, available to everyone.
