Reporting of Adverse Events :

Every human activity carries a risk of error. Reporting adverse events, analyzing them, and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions when necessary is the foundation of Amilcar Polyclinic’s quality culture. This process is part of the continuous improvement approach for the safety of patients, visitors, and staff, as well as the quality and safety of care and services.

Each staff member has the duty to report adverse events so they can be addressed and to contribute to identifying causes and finding appropriate solutions to prevent these events from occurring or reoccurring.

To encourage professionals to report adverse events and to optimize the functioning of the adverse event management system, the general management and the medical management define, sign, and distribute a non-punitive charter for professionals who report adverse events.

Procedures for Submitting a Complaint, Grievance, or Thank You Note

You Have the Right to Express Yourself Amilcar Polyclinic has provided you with all the necessary means to:
  • File a complaint and/or a grievance,

  1. How Will I Receive a Response to My Complaint?
Amilcar Polyclinic handles all received complaints according to a well-organized procedure. Within 21 days from the date of submission, the user relations officer will respond to your complaint either by phone or email.
